
It’s that time of year again to reserve your whole or half hog to fill up your freezer for next winter! Our pigs are raised on spent brewer’s grain, and natural forage they get from the land. The end result is great quality pork your family is bound to love.
Our pigs are raised throughout the spring and summer and are sent out to be processed in the fall through a USDA inspected facility. Pick up for orders is expected to be around November 2025 depending on the cuts you opt for. Hogs are expected to be between 190-225lbs hanging weight (HW).
